the govt should take certain actions on the manufacturers of the water pumps and other agriculture equipment so that the manufacturers can bring most energy efficient equipments in the market, with that most of the energy is saved and the farmers can be provided with 24hrs electricity which helps them in farming their lands [about 12 years ago]
