Quite simply where all the accounts exist...interbank transactions pose the largest problem...you have one bank-you access it across the globe, at whatever time with minimum hassles to exchange rates or suchlike. I think media wil begin to get more interactive and an increaasingly larger input would be contributed by viewers and users...It would become more like a co-operative project.
