Buying fule the day its low, but tank it first when its higher prices. This demans alot of brainstorming, need to make tons of contracts with all kinds of oil companies/Gov etc etc... But if we go past all that, the person to launch this would beat Bill-gates to his shoes in 1 year. That was just one of my ideas of services that lacks on the internet.
