We are starting the maid service company in UAE and require sourcing and short listing agencies/individuals in India, Nepal & Srilanka. Please let us know if you able to find maids and ayya's in your city and district. We will pay commission on each successful maid supplied to the client. Once you establish yourself we will provide you with a franchise model to start for your region to even supply locally to clients in your market. we will finance the basic set up once you are able to generate enough sources. We require local individuals who can, · - Source maid from the local market. Basic short listing. · - Do basic induction & training on basic cleaning (especially new intakes) · - Help provide with documentation and clearances (Passport, police clearance & general medical clearance). · - If needed arrange skype interview with prospective client & us. What we do and how we safe guard our maids, · - We pay air ticket to UAE. · -We try to match the maid to the family of same culture/language. · -We make arrangement for face to face interview in our office · -We provide all necessary paper work for Visa in UAE · -We pay salary by WPS (Wage Protection Scheme) into bank accounts · -We supply medical insurance card. · -We supply SIM card and email address · -We pay all gratuities as per UAE law & ticket home after 2 years end of contract. · -We do a house inspection of family and history of the prospective client Client/Indian families Side · - They supply adequate bed space · - They supply food or an allowance to cook own food. (to be agreed by both parties) · - They supply Toiletries, i.e. soap, shampoo & female sanitary wear.
