Electricity
I think cities would look so much better if they took down those ugly powerlines that break and cut power off to half of your neighborhood because of wind or a storm. They should invest in new techonology to improve efficient transfer of electricity from the power plant to your home. I have an idea!.....instead of using powerlines we can transfer electricity more efficiently by using "power stations" kind of like radio stations they will be located apart from eachother every few miles. From the powerplant through the city to your house it can zap an electrical current from one pole to another....like a remote zaps your commands to the tv. Everyhouse will have a little reciever that will recieve a steady current of electricity from the nearest power station or through a "powercenter" that receives steady electric currens from several power stations and distribute it through out your vicinity (neighborhood, subdivision) by zapping it to a reciever on your roof, like an antenna but a lot smaller and unnoticable. This will eleminate the use of power poles that are crooked and ugly rotting wood. -Gabriel Alarcon thought of this idea! on Feb 8th 2007
