Try to learn yourself from ebooks available and go through previos work done by others.u can share this situation with ur supirior and expect solution from but c to that it wont spoil ur working environment.if it still dont work look for someother job.

You'll underperform, if they don't share knowledge. Its ok to underperform during this learning phase, but let your superiors be aware of the fact that it is pure due to unshared knowledge. For example let your talent show when a task does not involve any shared knowledge.

Sometimes it is not because employees don't want to share.. but because they don't know how to.. So be inquisitive, ask each question selectively and wisely to extract info from them.. do not waste your questions. be selective..
