Please let us describe regarding this plant in brief: When we would like to setup this plant please consider below: 1) How can we find this plant’s equipments with Technical Assistance? 2) Which kinds of items will be produced from this system? 3) How can we setup / install this plant? 4) Start-Up cost and Profit margin of this pant 5) Installation Guide-Line 6) Maintenance and Guarantee etc. This plant is 10MPD capacity (Could be increased upto 20MPD) and from this plant we produce: 1] Fuel Oil: 40 ~ 45% The main oil product produced by recycling application is the fuel oil that is wide used for industrial and commercial purposes. 2] Carbon Black: 30 ~ 35% Carbon Black is the main product recycled by Pyrolysis Technology. The amount of recycled Carbon Black is 30% ~ 35% (depending on the type of tires) of the total amount of scrap tires recycled in the system. It is used as raw material or main ingredient in many industries and the chemical structure of Carbon Black strengthens, lengthens the endurance and improves the coloring features of the materials. 3] GAS: 10 ~ 12% Tires contain steel wires and the amount ranges from 10% ~ 15% of the total tires weight. All of the steel present in the tires can be detached after the pyrolysis and sold to steel and scarp dealers. 4] STEEL WIRE: 10 ~ 15% Non-condensable gases arise during the recycling application which Has a higher calorific value compared to natural gas Can replace natural gas and propane when stored Can be used as energy resource in gas burners also used in Pyrolysis System The amount of gas generated in the system is 12% - 15% of the total amount of recycled tires and considering the 10 ton scarp tire / day recycling capacity. Project requirements:  For 10 ton/day capacity  Power requirements 30HP  Man Power 1) Plant Manager 01 No 2) Accountant 01 No 3) Technical Person 02 Nos 4) Worker 7-10 Nos Warranty Period: Normally the Manufacturer of this Plant provides 01 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
