make a day of 30 instead of 24 hours, sleep 8 hours and get 6 hours free

keep all the lights ON

Not lessen - just sleep more effectively. Go to a 4 hour sleep - 8 hrs awake - 4hrs sleep cycle. Once your body adjusts you'll be amazed at the amount of time you have to get things done.

Get lots of oxygen in your body -- do exercises that involve deep breathing, e.g. Yoga
