Allow grocery chains to repurchase the used bags at a lesser price than they would pay for new plastic bags. In order to make this feasible a large quantity of bags would be needed for re-sale. Schools can collect these bags from students. Proceeds can go back to classrooms or school funding. Same concept applies to large offices promoting a "go green" campaign [about 1 year ago]
