How do I market my website for time-based search for appointments and events?

What if there were a website where you could buy/sell excess paint, and search by exact color, finish, and manufacturer, just like you would at Home Depot or Lowe's? Is there enough excess paint floating around out there to make a market out of it? [9 months ago]
