If you live a fairytale capitalism is just people trying to make a living given the world they are in, in the real world its the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer

Advertising is just untargeted information. For example, if I'm looking to buy a computer, a computer "ad" provides useful information that I want to see while flashing "discount airline ticket" banners are just annoying spam. As such, in a perfect computer world, the information you receive will include relevant commercial content rather than blanket spams. Things are getting there. As for commercial art, that's a different question entirely.

Capitalism is just people trying to make a living given the world they are in. Some effects are good, some bad. If the people really don't like an add or if it steps over the line, they do listen and pull it. We get what we pay for.

I guess that depends on your definition of possible. Will you be able to gouge people for their money? Probably not as easily. But will things move on? Yes.

no, even if you are not running commertial, you'll tell about your product/service, etc someone. And this is commertial, only in different form.....
