Review my Idea. We are Creating a Web Portal that focuses mainly on Indian Employees' Achievements, Awards, Certifications, Manager's Testimonials, etc.,
It'll be a One Place where employee can show all his performance oriented appreciations, awards & everything he achieved but known only to the people inside team/company. Through our portal, he can share all his achievements with his family/friends, etc., My question is will he be ready to pay some amount for this service?

Start partnering with companies of the same sector e.g IT. Partner with Infy,wipro,Satyam etc then create a database of employees who have won accoladates in the company.Let the consumer know that everyone in his sector is watching him.Due to this he will pay you for your service as well as you will get ad revenues from these companies.
