Depend on type of people...everyone are individualists, for everyone things which inspire are different, but it could be: "hero" - coach, mentor, team leader, person who is admiring; huge ambitious goal, team where people fell great; close friends, family support; thinking, waching, reading about the goal/stories about realization that goal by others

World peace is only possible if every person wakes up. World hunger will be stamped out by fully present and awake people. All the important things we need NOW to save our planet from the mass of sleeping people, are hinged on a critical mass of people who are awakened.

Many in society are sold the "dream" lie. Life is NOT about "living the dream". Or finding something you can be "passionate" about. The true value in this time, in our world (as it is now) is to awaken and become present. Then to help others awaken as well. This is the most important work for our world today. Only by conscious awakened people will we be able to survive the adolesence of our species. If we don't get a grip on our own consciousness, all other things will be for nought.
