I want a bill paying service that only takes the money out of my checking account when the recipient CASHES the check, not when I write it.

I want to see something similar to realstores.com. They've been in beta forever, and now one of their featured stores is a broken link. Don't know if they are going to make it. So if anyone can pick up this baton I'd love to see it. Every other web-based store generator is either clunky, ugly, or expensive.

Buying fule the day its low, but tank it first when its higher prices. This demans alot of brainstorming, need to make tons of contracts with all kinds of oil companies/Gov etc etc... But if we go past all that, the person to launch this would beat Bill-gates to his shoes in 1 year. That was just one of my ideas of services that lacks on the internet. I hope to see your creative ideas also...
