Wrangling artists=nailing Jell-O to a tree. It is up to you to determine what wastes your artist's time, unfortunately. Lotta work on your part, but Quick Bucks can't be part of the plan. Through thorough BG and goal-setting w/ your client, you "brand", you market shamelessly and with focused intent. If this sounds like gibberish, then a rethinking of your professional commitment to this process, and your relationship with the artist needs some hard evaluation. There are zero shortcuts to this.

involving a person with artistic/administrative role where multitasking skills should be available, this person will ensure . 1- Idea & Concept briefing will be communicated with Administrative/Artistic approaches which will affect Design & Goals 2- Evaluating artists or designers will be threw this person and more focused on time consuming and capabilities rather than $ ; with these conditions artists will be more competitive in a good way only if evaluation doesn't involves $. thnx
