Best places to post an exploratory online survey on PC and internet services and applications...

I have a brief online questionnaire (under 10 Q's - http://nmi.newofferings.sgizmo.com) that I would like to post online in communities/forums that make sense. The purpose is strictly idea generation for PC & internet services/ applications. Keeping in mind that this is an idea generation exercise ONLY (I don't need to order targeted email lists or make this a larger effort requiring additional time/dollars) - where would you recommend that I announce or post the link to the survey? In exchange for participants' help in completing this survey, I'm providing the codable study highlights to participants who are interested. Note: To be clear, anyone on a connected PC is the target audience for this particular survey. So in a nutshell, I'm seeking places where others have had luck posting very quick, exploratory online surveys (preferably concerning PC or internet needs/behavior) when offering the results as the incentive. Thanks in advance for any help with the above!
