Why should employees be more creative & innovative? Is this a benefit to the organization, the management, or the employee? Realize that creativity and management are often in opposition: one requires unstructured time and the other requires schedules.

More to the point - how do you retain those whose talent is C&I? Many people aren't interested in this, those that are, are invariably "outcasts" and rarely get to contribute to the fullest before becoming disillusioned and moving on. - Find them, and keep them in constant movement - they'll stay and add huge value!
