Attach emission pipe of vehicles to a cylinder, store gases under pressure (with safety valves), detatch cylinders at regular intervals by replacing them with empty cylinders, treat compressed gases in the detatched cylinder under controlled conditions to achieve chemical detoxification. Car pooling would reduce vehicular emission which is a major source of CO2. Metropolitan cities should have legislations to prevent single person in a car (excluding chauufer). Websites, government owned or non governmental, be created which would allow citizens to advertize their work schedule and seek car pools or offer their car for pooling service. Mass rapid transit services be promoted
