Sponsor some phone calls. You dial a prefix-number when you dial someone. When they answer the phone they hear a quick advertising message. The call time is limited, but totally free. This would work in phone boxes too.

Have a commercial break with a popular current song playing but with images advertising products.

On some TV sports events - particularly boxing and grand prix - there are irritating commercial breaks. A sponsor could - perhaps as a one-off - sponsor the coverage to be commercial free.
