alk-ins or recruitment drives that are massive in scale.Then the candidates with the required scores can be asked to sit for an interview which can ensure that passing the psychometric test was not a fluke.

Since this is a psychometric tests,the answers cannot be googled or searched from any textbook.They have to be purely based on the personality of the candidate.This test can be e-mailed to the prospective candidates thereby saving the cost of organizing..
