its not so much that people who believe in God are "closed-minded"...its fear. its the big WHAT IF? question. what IF they don't believe and in God and in fact there IS one, then they go to hell, no questions asked. If they believe in God, then if there is a God and a heaven, then they will go to heaven. if not, then nothing gained, nothing lost. However, I believe there is a God and a Heaven. But it don't think God has a beard...thats Jesus.

Yes that's right. Everyone else has a closed mind and only you are enlightened. Compound this by continually convincing yourself that your viewpoint is 100% correct. Great advice--and not hypocritical at all!
8.
Live and let live. There is little use in trying to open a closed mind. Concentrate on improving and educating yourself and be confident in your own viewpoint.
7.
You accept that there is not necessarily any conflict between their faith and evolution..they just don't realize it.
6.
Perhaps it is not irrational. Please just read the first chapter of Evolution Deceit. It changed my mind...
4.
i wouldn't concern myself with it at all if it wasn't for the fact that they keep trying to convince me of this irrationality!
2.
Why don't you not concern yourself with other people's faith. Go read Evolution Deceit by Harun Yahya. Expand your horizons--ditch the athesitic materialist dogma.
