<title>16. One thing that many online poker players moan about is the dealer - there's often suspicion that the dealing isn't totally random. Promote the site assuring users that the dealing of cards is totally random.</title>

<title>14. I've played a lot of poker online recently (on MSN Texas Hold 'Em where you don't play for money). We decided to play a game in real life with friends. The trouble is, you get used to the computer doing so much for you (check, raise, chip admin etc) and it's a little hard to make the transition from online player to real-world croupier. Why not offer a croupier-training service, where people can learn how to be a croupier (starting with virtual games)?</title>

<title>13. I read that there are concerns about people using bots to play poker games. So, if you're playing for money in a poker room you could, without knowing it, be playing a bot and thus you have no chance of winning. How to address this problem? Maybe have a poker room where you can see all the other players playing by webcam.</title>

<title>12. I think it would take quite a lot to convince me that your are not just after my money. How about a tutorial by email? You log your email on the site and every day the site sends you an email. Each day you are tutored through a "virtual game". This way you learn in comfortable steps and have the chance to learn about the game - and most importantly if you enjoy it - without too much commitment </title>
