It is more constructive to adopt a problem-finding attitude and mentality: creatively seek and find problems across the whole spectrum of your life and existence - be it your home life or your work life or whatever. "How can I make my journey to work more enjoyable?" is potentially just as challenging and rewarding as "How can I attract new clients?</title>

      <title>4. I suppose the word that sets alarm bells ringing is "confidentiality". However, there are always many angles you can choose to attack a problem. Say, for example, my problem is youths vandalising my premises at night and I don't want to attack the problem directly and disclose the situation in a brainstorm. I can get creative and choose different angles of attack and create a brainstorm such as "How can I find out about the best ways to secure a premises at night?"</title>
