Open Brainstorms

Is there an easier way to help the "older generation" become more familiarized with the new cell phone and computer gagets?

Technology is becoming more advanced everyday and it seems as if the older generations have a harder time figuring out how the new gagets work. So, im am wondering is there any ideas on a new product, website, or guidence material that could help the learning process?
