Funding issues. Hire someone to find ways to save $ on supplies needed by the school. Ex. Search the web for the best price on items used by the school such as toilet paper... Pay this person a % of what they save the school. 5%? They save $1000 a year on TP. $50 to them for saving money. Put the $950 back into educating their students. Maybe, get this, recruit or ask for volunteers from their own community. Get the people who want more money for education to find the ways for that money.
