Offer some type of "certification", free for attending. I haved learned that many people love to have things to flash and brag about...Just come up with something that sounds important. There are people all over making big money certifing others in things they created. ex. There is a person online who offers a "Creative Career Consultant" certification for a high price. People pay. Offer them certification paid for buy the company and, of course, worth a lot of money ;) !

Identify target audience, contact the individually, emphasize that you are not wasting their time, invite them to the conference.
