One thing that many online poker players moan about is the dealer - there's often suspicion that the dealing isn't totally random. Promote the site assuring users that the dealing of cards is totally random.

Some games of poker can get very exciting - especially when you win! Offer a service where people can view the whole game again.

I've played a lot of poker online recently (on MSN Texas Hold 'Em where you don't play for money). We decided to play a game in real life with friends. The trouble is, you get used to the computer doing so much for you (check, raise, chip admin etc) and it's a little hard to make the transition from online player to real-world croupier. Why not offer a croupier-training service, where people can learn how to be a croupier (starting with virtual games)?

I read that there are concerns about people using bots to play poker games. So, if you're playing for money in a poker room you could, without knowing it, be playing a bot and thus you have no chance of winning. How to address this problem? Maybe have a poker room where you can see all the other players playing by webcam.

I think it would take quite a lot to convince me that your are not just after my money. How about a tutorial by email? You log your email on the site and every day the site sends you an email. Each day you are tutored through a "virtual game". This way you learn in comfortable steps and have the chance to learn about the game - and most importantly if you enjoy it - without too much commitment

Change my perception that an online poker room would be full of gamblers and shady characters. Prove that people like me are involved. Prove that there is an option to socialise and make friends.
