Quite simply where all the accounts exist...interbank transactions pose the largest problem...you have one bank-you access it across the globe, at whatever time with minimum hassles to exchange rates or suchlike. The larger the global footprint and secularity of business practice, the easier business would be.

Bank that gives you a cellphone when you open an account that is like your debit card... you can pay people via SMS and directly receive money into it also.
