This somewhat confirms that 230 year-old legislation, using the words "bear arms" should be repealed, or replace the last two words with "bare arms" or "Used Genetic Sequencer" if you must!

Ladies and Gentlemen; in the era where you can buy a used Genetic Sequencer on eBay for $500, guns become somewhat ridiculous - let them carry them if they want - think Darwin awards!! :D

Actually, now I think you may be right. Perhaps it should be repealed, so that individuals don't have access to arms.

I thought the army, navy,airforce, police, FBI, CIA etc form the well regulated militia necessary for the security of a free state. How can John Doe with his arsenal under the bed help?
