This somewhat confirms that 230 year-old legislation, using the words "bear arms" should be repealed, or replace the last two words with "bare arms" or "Used Genetic Sequencer" if you must!

It reads "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people..." etc ... Is this still true 230 years later ?
