Try not being an idiot for a change and try reasoning with them, no one really knew much about the Islamic religion before Bush mocked them calling them Terrorist, I bet theres more Crimes in America than any country in the Middle East. He should try and feel how they feel on a daily basis, feel how it feels to have a member in your family die because of his stupid ideas.

It isn't George's problem, it's the muslims' problem. You can only be persecuted if you accept it. America may be confused right now, but Islam isn't - just some muslims. The plaintive nature of much muslim commentary is causing much of the perception issues. It isn't an America vs. Muslims issue, it's some people being unkind to some other people because of their faith. Deal with it at that level

Have a muslim member in his publc relation team

he could stop hurting their feelings to begin with?

Enlist support from muslim clergy

Attend religious functions of muslims to prove that he is not against any religion

Create a campaign that features the top American-Muslim scientists, business people and social contributors and welcome them as being an integral part of the nation.
