Put together a "TV Commercial Channel" and give watchers interactive tools to edit/customize the original, award significan prize money for winners by category. Make the modified versions available as banner ads on Google - as part of competion /prize promotion

Log all the commercials from each day on a website. Viewers can vote for their favourites (probably the funniest ones) and there would be a time alloted each week to show the winners. This would also encourage advertisers to make better commercials.

Nudity is good, but humor would be easier to get by the FCC.

Full frontal nudity

Everyone likes Trivia--have entertainment related questions with answers after the commercials...even if the commercial isn't the best people might stick around for the answer!

Publicize the time at which the TV commercial is going to air every week, and people will wait for it and watch it.. ofcourse, every week the commercial will progress (like episodes of a soap opera)

Make them funny

What if every time they saw a TV commercial, they felt happy (almost like dope) ... because the commercial had the sounds associated with a happy trance...

Let them identify themselves

Make the TV commercials interactive... as in every time a commercial is shown, they get a code or something which they can enter in a website to win a prize

Get them drunk first (e.g. beer during the Super Bowl)
